This notice covers the RALLYZO landing page and waitlist. Worker accounts, social integrations and payments are not active here.
What you choose to share
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your social display name, email, country or territory, state/province/region, adult age group, gender selection and at least three interests. We also record your submission reference, consent version and submission time. We ask for an age band, not a date of birth, and never ask for a social account password.
Why we collect it
Your profile helps RALLYZO manage launch interest, understand the community and plan relevant surveys and opportunities. Selecting “Politics & Current Affairs” is optional and records a broad topic interest only. We do not ask for party membership, voting preferences or political opinions, and this form does not build political targeting profiles. Gender includes a “Prefer not to say” option.
Your consent
Submitting requires an unchecked consent box confirming you are at least 18 and agree to the stated use. Browsing, opening the form or closing it does not submit your profile. No marketing or confirmation email is automatically sent by this page. Any future unrelated marketing or additional use needs an appropriate separate choice.
Storage and access
Submitted profiles from this public website are stored in a private PostgreSQL database through Netlify Database. Netlify also hosts the website and registration service. They are not stored in browser local storage or published in the page. Only authorised project operators can inspect the database through the hosting administration tools; there is no public participant list. Hosting infrastructure may process data outside your country; Singapore company plans do not mean that all data is stored in Singapore.
We use server validation, limited request sizes and submission-rate controls. For abuse prevention, the service keeps hashed request-identity or network identifiers in time-limited counters rather than storing a raw IP address in your profile. The hosting provider may separately process technical connection logs. This page has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Delete or correct your profile
After a successful submission, save the confirmation file or copy your private deletion link. The link contains a secret held by you; the database stores only its hash. Anyone with that private link can remove that submission, so do not share it. Use the waitlist deletion page to remove the saved profile. To correct details, delete the old submission and register again. Deletion removes the profile from the active waitlist; hosting backup and operational-log retention follows the provider’s processes.
Retention
Waitlist profiles remain until you delete them or the project operator removes them when no longer needed for the stated launch purpose. Operators must review retention as launch plans change. A final service retention schedule must be published before worker accounts and payment information are collected.
Operator and contact status
The RALLYZO project owner operates this pre-launch waitlist. Registration of the operating company in Singapore is planned but not yet confirmed. The intended contact address is info@rallyzo.co; mailbox activation remains pending. Keep your deletion confirmation because email support is not yet a verified route. Legal operator details, a monitored privacy contact and applicable international transfer arrangements must be finalised before public recruitment.
Campaign enquiries
The separate campaign brief builder still prepares a local draft only. It does not submit campaign details to this database. Opening an email draft does not send it; email is sent only if you choose to send it in your own email application.
